Strictly necessary & functional
These are needed for parts of the site to work, such as the online booking widget. The site cannot function properly without them, so they don't require consent.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. These cookies collect information in an aggregated, mostly anonymous way. They are only set with your consent, and you can opt out at any time (see section 4).

Cookie names and lifespans are set by the third-party providers and may change. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.

Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics, are used on the basis of your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the controls in your browser described below.
4. How to control cookies
You can manage or delete cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See your browser's help pages, or aboutcookies.org for step-by-step guides.
- Opt out of Google Analytics — install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Please note that blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the website work, such as the booking widget.
